Valuation Appraisals
 Capital Resources is qualified by the Office of Thrift Supervision, the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, and various state regulatory agencies as appraisers for mutual-to-stock conversions, loan portfolios, and fairness valuations for corporation acquisitions. Our valuation clientele includes savings institutions, financial service companies, mortgage banking companies, insurance agencies, title agencies, real estate brokerage firms, investment advisory firms, commercial banks, and other business enterprises. We also perform core deposit valuations and servicing rights appraisals for purchased loan servicing. Capital Resources has performed over 150 appraisals of successful stock conversions.
